Privacy notice

This covers the Erkos app and the Erkos website.

The Erkos app

The app collects no data. Everything you enter (your plan, entries, balances and notes) is stored on your iPhone, and, if you turn on iCloud sync, in your own iCloud account, where Apple keeps it for you. We have no server that receives it, and no way to see it.

The app has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it doesn’t connect to your bank. Its daily reminder is scheduled on your phone; nothing is sent to us to deliver it. Exports and backups go only where you choose to save or share them.

Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple tells the app whether you have a plan, but we never see your payment details.

The website

The website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, has no forms and loads nothing from other sites. Our host, Cloudflare, handles your IP address to deliver the page and keep it secure, as any web host does.

If you email us

If you write to hello@erkos.app, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and keep them only as long as we need to help you. We never sell or share them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, which at most is an email you sent us. Write to hello@erkos.app. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
